Our tactical work-flow is applied to our project-based clients. Tactical clients come to us when they have an immediate need. We provide a cost estimate and assign a single project manager for all correspondence. Each project has a deadline set and back-planned to ensure on-time completion. Subsequent modifications or tasks require new proposals and are subject to team availability.
Our strategic process manages our full-service, retainer-based clients. These clients require proactive budgeting and planning on all marketing and advertising initiatives annually. We provide an account team to each client, and talk to them daily. Projects are managed on a tight production schedule with a dedicated traffic manager ensuring deadlines are met.
