More often than not, Kim is the friendly voice on the other end when you call Saltwater. She is a sharpshooting troubleshooter, and is instrumental in ensuring our day-to-day business operations go smoothly.

Greatest attribute: She is an administrative dynamo, cleaning up our paperwork messes and ensuring we all have our lunch money. If we lose power, Kim finds it, which is appropriate because we'd be lost without her.

Greatest challenge: Getting through the week until the next Ohio State football game. So as you can imagine, the offseason is downright painful. Kim is a die-hard Buckeyes fan, and has singlehandedly willed them to their seven national football championships even though she wasn't alive for most of them. Don't believe it? You try to tell her; we don't dare.
